Spark By Hilton Abingdon I-81 Near Fairgrounds

We got an a double room, it was well-appointed. The good location was within short walking distance to Play Date.

We had the most really really nice few days there. The breakfast was very very good, featured a wide range of meals. We got reasonably large and brand-new room with very comfortable bed and a mini-frig, as example. Everyone was excellent and efficient. The team provided an excellent service...

the facility seems to be very clean and staffing was pleasant.

my biggest complaint about the whole hotel is the beds. I stayed two nights and barely slept at all. While the beds look good, they were very uncomfortable. And it would be nice to have a comfortable chair to sit in, in the room, some thing other than a desk type chair.. I was also surprised that upon my departure I was not asked how was my stay????. But other than the beds, which is very important to me, the rest was pretty good.

Very clean, friendly environment and excellent value! The hotel was updated very nicely and the staff was great!

the room and building was nice, staff were helpful especially the overnight guy because we had a large vehicle to park and he showed us several places on the property where we could park it, appreciated the free breakfast also.

I kept finding hairs that were not mine, especially in the bathroom like on the soap dish and on the shelf where the towels were this made me question the cleanliness of the room.

Eggs were good. I like my eggs well done. Hubby like kinda runny. It was great for me, forget hubby. HA HA

Not one thing. The lady at the front (check-in) desk was absolute fabulous. She made us feel welcomed and relaxed. Also there was a gentleman about to retire, that gave us great information on eats (restaurants), etc. Great staff.

The rate was inflated for the weekend because of the Nascar race. Totally uncalled for.

The Inn At Abingdon featured lovely décor, with clean, spacious areas that were easy to navigate for someone like me. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

More accessible seating in public areas would help.

The room was quiet and the bed very comfortable, and the hotel was conveniently located.

Close to I 81 and to downtown Abingdon, va.

Not a bad experience, but the eggs at breakfast were hard.

The location of the Inn in Abingdon couldn't be better. Right next to the Barter Theatre, perfect for a night out. The staff greeted me warmly, and check-in was quick. My room was clean and had a comfy bed, which I really appreciated after a long drive. I loved the variety at breakfast, although some items weren't fresh and the coffee took a while to be restocked. The bathroom was a bit cramped and the hot water ran out too quickly during my shower.

There wasn't a whole lot not to like, we enjoyed our stay. Lost power from a storm the last night, but couldn't be helped.

Asked & were placed in 1st floor room. Good bed.

Check in clerk was condescending when asked about discount services.

The staff was super friendly and very helpful during check-in. The room wasvery comfy and tidy. The location is convenient, close to the SW VA Higher Learning Center. I would return again 😊
